1. Activate- Dispense onto fingertips and gently rub to release and activate encapsulated pigments.
2. Develop- Apply to moisturized skin and blend. The shade is fully developed when the product is no longer white.
3. Set- Allow 1-2 minutes for the shade to adjust completely.
